Room price:
- 165 EUR per room per night, including breakfast in double/twin room
- 115 EUR per room per night, including breakfast in single room
The above room prices do not include 7.50 EUR per person per night tourist tax, that shall be pre-paid and will be included in your invoice. You will not need to pay at the hotel.
Booking with us:
After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until six weeks before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The confirmation is subject to availability. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
The rates are special group contracted rates exclusive for TDA riders. This might not necessarily mean that they are lower than online rates, as hotels apply “dynamic pricing” and that can differ from our contracted rates that were agreed on ten months before.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation for pre-tour nights: until 31 August: 20.00 EUR admin. fee.
- Cancellation for post-tour nights: until 07 September: 20.00 EUR admin. fee.
- Cancellation within six weeks of arrival: 100% cancellation fee (i.e. non refundable).
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Methods of payment:
You will pay the cost of the extra night booking in advance, to us. You can choose between the following payment options:
- WISE (formerly Transferwise) transfer to our WISE account
- Wire transfer to our bank account
- Stripe payment with your credit card – add a 4% extra fee. Your card will be charged in EUR.
About the hotel:
Best Hotel Rome is a 3-star hotel in Rome, and ‘best’ for the location. Several bus lines as well as a metro stop (10 min walk) near the hotel, providing you with quick and easy access to any part of the city. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms are on the smaller side, but this is the norm for this location in Rome. It has a lovely terrace and inner courtyard to enjoy the warm evenings of Rome.
