Post-tour room rates:
450 EUR per room per night, including breakfast in double/twin room
435 EUR per room per night, including breakfast single occupancy
The last night of the tour covered by TDA is the 19 June, so the above applies for the night of 20 June and after.
Booking conditions:
After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until one month before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The confirmation is subject to availability. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
Cancellation of the booking is free of charge up until 45 days before the check-in. Cancellation charges:
45-30 days: 30% of the full amount
within one month: 100% (i.e. no refund)
Please note that the online rates on the hotel’s website might be better than the rates we list above due to the fact that we are bound to a contract signed in November 2025, and since hotels apply “dynamic pricing”, they might be able to offer a better rate at a time closer to June 2026. At the time of your inquiry we will check online and will offer you a different rate, if a better one is available.
Payment conditions:
Full payment is at the time of booking. Please note that the room price is not refundable if cancelled within a month of the check-in date (after 19 May).

You will pay the cost of the extra night booking in advance, to us. You can choose from the following options:
- WISE (formerly Transferwise) transfer to our WISE account
- Wire transfer to our bank account
- Stripe secure online payment with your credit card – add 4% extra fee. Your card will be charged in EUR.

One-way airport transfer from the hotel to Amsterdam Schiphol airport (AMS) up to 2 people with 2 bike boxes: 110 EUR.
