The hotel rooms we booked for the riders for the post-tour nights are all gone now. This does not mean that the hotel is full, it is just that the rooms we were holding are sold to your fellow riders. Room price:
Standard Twin/Double room, double occupancy, with breakfast: 230.00 EUR per night
Standard Double room, single occupancy, with breakfast: 210.00 EUR per night
Booking with us:
After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until 5 weeks before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The confirmation is subject to availability. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up until 5 weeks before the check-in date: 20.00 EUR admin. fee.
- Cancellation within 5 weeks of check-in: 100% cancellation fee
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
Methods of payment:
You will pay the cost of the extra night booking in advance, to us. You can choose between the following options:
- WISE (we’ll send you a WISE payment link)
- Wire transfer to our bank account
- Stripe payment with your credit card – add a 4% extra fee. Your card will be charged in EUR

The rates are special group contracted rates for TDA riders. This might not necessarily mean that they are lower than online rates, as hotels apply “dynamic pricing” and that can differ from our contracted rates that were agreed ten months before.
Airport transfer
This is on request only. Please fill in the form and we will get back to you with rate & availability. You can expect the transfer to be around 230EUR if the pick-up is between 8 am and 8 pm.
