Thank you for visiting this page. The hotel rooms we booked for the riders for the pre-tour nights are all gone now. This does not mean that the hotel is full, it is just that the rooms we were holding are sold to your fellow riders. Please go to Moxy Athens City’s website or your favourite booking website to book your room.
Booking conditions:
(for those who already have a booking through us) After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until 7 weeks before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The confirmation is subject to availability. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
The rates are special group contracted rates exclusive for TDA riders. This might not necessarily mean that they are lower than online rates, as hotels apply “dynamic pricing” and that can differ from our contracted rates that were agreed ten months before.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation after booking, but before 14 March 2026: 30% cancellation fee
- Cancellation on or after 14 March 2026: 100% cancellation fee
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.

- WISE (we’ll send you a WISE payment link)
- Wire transfer to our bank account
- Stripe payment with your bank card (debit/credit card) – add 4% extra fee. Your card will be charged in EUR.
