If you are booking ARRIVAL TRANSFER, (ie. pick-up at the airport where you land), you need to write here THE AIRPORT'S NAME YOU ARRIVE AT (not the airport your flight departs from!). If you are booking a DEPARTURE TRANSFER, you need to write here the airport you need the transfer TO. In case of cities that have more than one airport, mention the name AND the airport code. (for ex. FCO, CDG)

In case of ARRIVAL transfer, write here the date you are landing at the airport you need the transfer from.

Please make sure you either use 24-h format or type AM/PM after the 12-h format. In case of ARRIVAL transfer, write here the time your flight lands. In case of DEPARTURE Transfer, write here the time your flight LEAVES.

Please also add either the name of the airline or the two-letter code, for ex "Delta 0123" or DL0123. ONLY write the flight you land with in case of Arrival Transfer. In case of Departure Transfer, write here only the flight number you depart with from the airport you need the transfer to.

Please give a number that you will have on you while travelling.

In case you don't know exactly at the time of booking, please enter approx. measurements and email us when you have the actual box and can tell the size. We will need this info at least a week before the transfer.
