Booking conditions:
The rates are special group contracted rates exclusive for TDA riders.
After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until one month before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The additional cost of the change is 35 EUR per room, and the confirmation is subject to availibility. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation after booking: 30% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within one month: 100% cancellation fee
- Full payment is required one month before the check-in.

You will pay the cost of the extra night booking in advance, to us. You can choose between the following options:
- WISE (formerly Transferwise) transfer to our WISE account
- WIRE transfer to our bank account
- Stripe payment with your credit card – add a 4% extra fee – your card will be charged in EUR
