Booking conditions:
The rates are special group contracted rates exclusive for TDA riders. This might not necessarily mean that they are lower than online rates, as hotels apply “dynamic pricing” and we have no control over it.
After the booking confirmation, changes are possible up until 45 days before the check-in date. You can change the date, and the number of extra nights. The confirmation is subject to availability. In case the tour hotel is not available, we will offer you an alternative nearby.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation before 12 May: 20 EUR admin. fee
- Cancellation within 45 days of arrival (i.e. after 12 May): 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Methods of payment:
You will pay the cost of the extra night booking in advance, to us. You can choose between the following options:
- WISE (formerly Transferwise) transfer to our WISE account
- Wire transfer to our bank account
- Stripe secure online payment with your credit card – add 4% extra fee. Your card will be charged in EUR.
About the hotel:
The 4-star Strand Hotel is in the first row by the blue waves in Copenhagen Harbour – close to attractions and must-sees, but still in an area of peaceful atmosphere. Behind the thick brick walls hides a warm and welcoming space, where you can retreat to an undisturbed night’s sleep by the waterfront and have the best start of the day with the large and tasty breakfast buffet. The decor is classic Nordic design. The reception and lounge are located in the high-ceiling cellar, along with the hotel’s breakfast room.
The 174 rooms and suites are all allergy-friendly and some offer a view of the water and from others, you can see Christianshavn on the opposite side. You will have access to free WIFI, and the hotel offers same-day Laundry and dry cleaning services (for a fee).
